Just like in the old classic snake in Doodle Grub you have to eat the apples that appear on the screen and not only. You need to tilt your device to get the healthy apples and avoid the skull ones. The bigger your size the more score you get by eating apples but beware skull apples are not the only things you should avoid. Hedgehogs will either kill or reduce your size depending on where they touch you. Touching you on the head will kill you! Fortunately you can touch you grub (tail) so you won't have to worry about that or the edges, even though it is risky because they come right outa there.
This game does support Game Center and a multi-player mode is coming soon.
